My sister and I worked with the Buchanan team, Sean, his brother, and his dad. They were very informative about the whole process of selling our home. They worked with us about home showings due to the fact that we have a large dog, so we needed to take him away from the house each time. Any questions I had, they were always willing to research and get back to us. When it came to buying our new home, Sean asked for information on what type of property we were looking for. We first got in contact with Andy, Chris, and Sean in 2017, and we were first-time homebuyers trying to learn the market and home-buying experience. The professionalism, expertise, honest advice, and things we wouldn't have thought about were communicated in a way both my wife and I could understand. Months went by, Sean and I kept in touch, looking at the low inventory market, but nothing came to avail until I found the house! I quickly acted and told Sean about the house, and he sprang into action. That was a Friday night. By Monday 12pm noon we were in the bidding for the house. At 1150am before the bidding, he tells me, " You're in good shape, we have about 5-6 offers right now, and your offer looks strong, so we shouldn't have a problem". As hours went by, I didn't hear from him I got nervous. At around 430-5, I call him, he tells me the news, we have 18 other competitive bids we are going against, but told my family and me to hold on tight because we will have a chance to do counter offers.
